Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pulse of current Off plan property opportunities, becoming an expert on key developer’s projects.
- Employ dynamic sales and negotiation techniques to make a mark in the market.
- Assist clients in direct purchasing from developers, ensuring they're well-informed on market trends, launches, and pricing.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both developers and clients.
- Uphold Jump Properties' esteemed reputation through professionalism and integrity.
- Adhere to administrative protocols, ensuring organized and easily accessible documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of real estate experience in the UAE.
- Possession of a valid UAE Driving License.
- Demonstrable sales achievements.
- An intrinsic motivation paired with a professional demeanor.
- A commendable aptitude for customer service, marked by empathy and understanding.
